Refund policy
We have (2) options for return/refund:
1. If you want to send it back to us, we will deduct the shipping cost off of your refund once the product arrives back at Horse Guard HQ. Your refund takes between 5-7 business days to process depending on your banking institution.
2. You can donate the product to a local Equine Shelter/Rescue/Sanctuary or ASPCA, and we will refund you minus shipping. We will just need the name of the organization so that we can add them to our running list so that we can keep them on the list for situations like yours.
